Pocket Letter Window Pane Image

Lately I've been working on some Valentine's Day pocket letters for friends and family.  I like to make one side of the cards into a window pane image like this.

For this one, I used my Silhouette CAMEO® to cut the "Hot Air Balloon Hollow Heart" design by Snapdragon Snippets (Design ID #57618), then I attached it to a piece of textured paper that I had in my stash.  It was super simple, but my sister's going to love it!
